制備方法:
化學(xué)氣相沉積法, Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)
產(chǎn)品簡介:
1) 單層離散分布的三角狀單晶晶粒,三角邊長一般是幾十至一百微米。
2) 由三角晶粒繼續(xù)長大連在一起的單層連續(xù)薄膜。
3) 多層WS2 連續(xù)薄膜。
4) 基底:WS2可選基底較多,其中藍寶石基底為直接沉積產(chǎn)品。其他基底例如:SiO2/Si, 硅片,PET,PI,ITO,F(xiàn)TO,玻璃,金屬基底等是通過在藍寶石上生長后轉(zhuǎn)移至客戶所需基底。

光電器件,微電子器件,生物傳感,化學(xué)傳感等領(lǐng)域。
